Today was a great day at Auto Direct! Purchasing a vehicle was so pleasant with Abel and the staff. Everyone was so nice and the atmosphere was positive. Abel helped from the start, when I first spoke to him over the phone he was welcoming and very helpful. Abel has great customer service, he makes sure to explain details of the vehicles, and he made our car buying process smooth. We left happy with our purchase. Very good quality vehicles. I bought a car from here on a 53 mos term at a 16.28% I’m more then half way thru with my loan and I get a call saying my loan was bought by another financial institution which is owe also by them when i had 32 payments left and my loan was due to be payed off 6/8/2026 when i say they new contract they when up to 36 mos and the rate to 18% keep in mind that I have been on time in all my payments and I have record of it when I call so they can fix it they person told me that they didn’t care that I either pay or they will repo my truck when I send them pictures of the old contract the send a new contract matching the old contracts rate but they still added and extra payment and I texted the person because the person told me that that was the best way to communicate I told the person that the contract was still wrong that there was and extra payment added that my old contract said last payment 6/8/26 and they’re new contract still said 7/30/2026 the person told me that they wouldn’t respond to my text anymore and that if I didn’t sign the new contract or pay they would repo my truck. FYI I gave them 27k down payment I have been on time in all my payment s I’m up to date still but I refuse to sign the new contract because I refuse to give them and extra payment just because they want to I will be uploading pictures of my conversation with the person I spoke with

Worse place I’ve gotten my car from. After a year apparently a lender I had backed off on the loan which I didn’t know was possible then I was told I was supposed to get another contract which never DID I looked back on my loan on my account went from 11k to all of a sudden 15K without explanation nor any paperwork.I’ve called so many times but no one seem to want to answer the phone and explain what they’ve done

Best experience ever!! Staff was amazing. They work with u and assure u are happy when u leave!! He even got the insurance for me all I had to do was make the payment! Most definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had! Most definitely will be bak!! If u need a car or truck u can’t go wrong here. Ask for Eddie or Abel Perez they won’t let u down!! Sorry I left work to go get my car head was a mess.. lol
